I've been drooling over blogs, the food network, magazines and cookbooks all over the festive period so I decided to share with you my New Year Resolutions for baking!

• Have Fun with Fondant
• Core some Cupcakes
• Make (and Master!) Macaroons
• Explore the Wonderful World of Whoopie Pies!
• Make Great Ganache
• Add some Pizzazz with Pistachios

I hope my macaroons turn out somewhat similar to Laudurèe's!... A girl can dream!
